6. Statistics and Page Insights

LinkedIn provides operators of company pages with statistical analyses known as Page Insights. These allow us to evaluate the reach of our content and interactions with our company page.

These may include, in particular, information about page views, reach, reactions, interactions and aggregated information about users’ professional or geographic characteristics.

For certain processing of personal data in connection with LinkedIn Page Insights, Solida Safety Line GmbH and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company are joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.

Where business inquiries concern the Swiss market, necessary personal data may be transferred to Solida Safety Line AG.

The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision covering transfers of data subject to the GDPR to Switzerland.

As a rule, we retain personal data that we process ourselves as part of our LinkedIn communication only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or to comply with statutory retention obligations.

Messages in our LinkedIn company account are generally deleted no later than three years after the respective communication has concluded, unless longer retention is required by legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where information is transferred to our internal systems to process business inquiries, the applicable statutory and operational retention periods apply.
